We offer the following convenient ordering options:
Website Orders – Place your order directly through our website by creating a User Account. You can also log in using your Google or Facebook account.
Email Orders – Send your order details to idaramtpak@gmail.com
Phone Orders – Call us at (042) 37428307 or 03354014015 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
WhatsApp Orders – Message us at 03354014015.
For all non-website orders, please provide the following information:
Complete book details (title, author, price)
Your full postal address
Contact information (landline & mobile)
Preferred mode of payment
Packing option (standard or gift)
Preferred shipping method
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm or on holidays/weekends will be processed on the next business day.
We offer the following shipping options within Pakistan:
Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping – Delivery within 1–2 business days in major cities.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for selected locations.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier service.
Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout (for website orders) or confirmed during order placement (for phone/email/WhatsApp orders).
We take care to ensure your books arrive in excellent condition. You may choose from:
Standard Packing – Secure and protective packaging at no additional cost.
Gift Packing – Available on request for an additional charge.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (depending on your order method).
You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status through the courier’s website.
